RSP’s liability for losses or damages, arising out of any cause whatsoever, is limited to full refund of the purchase price, or at our option, repair or replacement of the part(s).

 

RSP shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages, voiding of factory or other vehicle warranties by installing our products, or damage to the purchaser’s vehicle(s) as a result of product use.

 

Parts used for racing or competition are warranted against manufacturers' defects only. They are not warranted for wear or breakage under any circumstance.

 

If you are returning electrical parts for warranty consideration, please call Customer Service before you ship them. Some manufacturers require the parts be sent directly to them.

 

Any part which, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer's instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty consideration. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse any exceptions.

 

We cannot accept returns on custom-ordered parts. Videos, electrical, and software cannot be returned for a refund once opened.
