Returns, Refunds & Shipping
RETURN POLICY - EFFECTIVE MARCH 12TH 2008
 
All returns must include a copy of the invoice. Without paperwork, processing of the return will be delayed or the parts may be returned to you.
 
Please inspect your order upon receipt – We will not accept returns after 45 days from the invoice date.
 
Any returns sent to us C.O.D. will be refused.
 
Electrical parts are not returnable if the package has been opened or the part has been installed unless it is proven to be defective.
 
We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on accepted returns.
 
Should you receive a damaged package or parts please notify the carrier immediately and then call us so we can help you correct the problem.
 
Truck orders must be inspected for damage upon receipt and be carried out while the driver is present. If damage is found, you must notify the carrier within 48 hours in order to file a concealed damage claim.
 
Cores for rebuilt parts must be returned in the original box with core tags attached. All cores must be fully assembled without external damage. Please pack your core carefully. We are not responsible for any damage incurred during the shipping of your core.
 
We reserve the right to ascertain that your old unit is in fact suitable for rebuilding before we issue the core credit.
